9 because the product should make up for the delivery and I'll return as a happy customer, I'm keen and happy to spend spend spend.
Came with free over $100 shipping, it didn't arrive within 2 days as expected and after a "did you receive your order and was it good" sent the day after would make you assume it was a ndd.
Contacted them and told it was not trackable until attempted/signed for.
Received 2 days later next day special delivery with a delivery date on the package with the day of delivery as the day it was delivered, facts rather than fiction make a customer happier.
These guys are good and no vendor is perfect 100% of the time.
Having a 24 not signed for option would be fantastic.
