No shade on The Alchemist for the slight delay in receiving this, I got a notification that it had been sent the day after my late-night order, it was just the Royal Mail doing RM things. Beautifully packaged when it did arrive and really, really effective!

Ok so the hot chocolate was my 1st try and it didn’t disappoint. Rest I did (couldn’t move) slept like a dead person!
